Tips about PTC Sites. How Not To Get Scammed

Tips about PTC Sites. How Not To Get Scammed

Never join a PTC site if it would ask money during registration.
Some sites would ask for a registration or activation fee. Even though if it's just $10, $7.85, and even $1 dollar and you would only lose that much if the site turned out to be a scam site but still. Think about it, what would you feel/think if you were applying for a job (offline) and the interviewer asked you for a fee just so he would consider your application to a certain company, of course that would make you feel that this person or company is trying to scam you.

Do a research first before signing up. Questions that need to be answered are the following :

  • How long the PTC site has been around? A good sign is that it has been around for longer than a year. PTC scam sites don't last a year. Remember that!

  • Does PTC site pay it's members? A paying site is a good sign, but PTC sites can stop paying without any warning whatsoever so be careful.

Also check if the PTC site has a forum. (an active forum where you can look for answers, support from other members and the site admin and moderator)

Don't get fooled by PTC sites that offer as much as $10 per click, as this sites probably scam PTC sites. Legit PTC sites have a $ 0.001- 0.01 per click/ads.

You can also check these sites if you're unsure whether the PTC site you're about to join is a scam site or not.
